MORNING SESSION: BODY COMPASS WITH APPLICATION TO GAIT
10:30am - 1pm
This session will start off with an arch curl motions class focusing on the Body Compass. In session we will then go into the Body Compass in depth and how it applies to the motions of Gait. Movement pathways for walking, walking quickly and running will be discussed and practiced.

AFTERNOON SESSION: BODY MAPPING THE ORGANS
1:30 - 4:15pm
This session will introduce body markers for the organs. You will learn how to identify where your organs are located in your body and how organ position differs in parasympathetic and sympathetic activation. We will finish with an organ moving Motionsculpt session.
